WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on most items within 30 day of delivery, in new and unused condition. Returns within the US are free - we'll provide you with a return label to send back the item. See our full return policy.
DO YOU CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES?
No! Returns are free for customers in the US. As long as the item falls within the return policy period and the items are still in brand new and unused condition, we do not charge any restocking fees.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE / COLOR / ITEM?
For exchanges, we recommend requesting a normal return on your order and simply placing a new separate order for the required item. This ensures that you receive the new product quickly. A refund will be issued for the original purchase upon return. If you prefer to wait to receive an exchange item instead of a refund, please start your exchange request here.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
