RETURN POLICY

  • RBD Outlet will gladly exchange or issue a refund of your purchase price if you are not happy with your purchase within 60 days.

    • Returns within the US are free! We'll provide a return label to send back the item.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • FOR RBDOUTLET.COM ORDERS: Please do not send the item back without requesting a Return Authorization by contacting us.

    • FOR EBAY ORDERS: Please do not send the item back without requesting a Return Authorization through your EBAY account.

    • The item must be returned in the same brand new, unused condition that you received them, along with all original packaging, shoebox, accessories and a copy of the purchase receipt. 

    • Any items that have been returned and have obvious signs of use will be returned to the buyer at buyer's expense, or incur a significant restocking fee as per policies.

    • Any footwear returns sent in only the shoe box without a separate outer cardboard box (i.e. not double boxed), or shoe boxes with packing tape/shipping labels on them will either be refused and returned to sender, or incur a 25% restocking fee.

    • Any footwear returns received without the shoebox (or in a shoebox other than the original) will either be returned to sender or incur a 25% restocking fee.

    • Any clothing/accessory returns received without the original label(s)/tag(s) will incur a 25% restocking fee

    • Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to processed after it is received at our facility. You will be notified when the refund is issued. Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear back on the original card used for purchase.     

    • Any returns received after 60 days will either be refused or incur a 20% restocking fee.

 

  • Exchange shipments are shipped one time at no extra charge. Return shipping for items that have already been exchanged must be paid by the buyer.

ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER

  • Please make sure that the address provided in the order is fully complete and correct. Any packages returned to sender by the carrier due to address errors, being refused, "recipient moved", "unclaimed", "Attempted Not Known", etc. may incur additional restocking fees.

 


IMPORTANT INFO FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item's price or shipping cost, and are therefore the BUYER'S responsibility.

  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

  • We will make every effort to ship your item quickly, however all international packages are subject to delay of delivery time, due to US & international customs. The customs will randomly inspect packages upon departure/arrival of packages.

  • International shipments will be sent either through USPS (Post Office), FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express.

 


ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

If you change your mind or decide to cancel the order before it ships out, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that although we try our best to process all order cancellations before shipments are sent out, due to timeframe requirements and tight carrier shipment schedules, we may not be able to process your request, and so this does not guarantee that the order will be canceled. If the item is already shipped out, unfortunately in most cases we are not able to cancel at that point. Some carriers may offer a delivery intercept service, and if used to have the item returned back to sender, they will charge us a fee of $18 which will then be deducted from your refund once the item is returned.

 


ORDER CHANGES

We suggest that you review your order carefully for all details (including size, color, and address) before confirming the purchase at checkout. If you would need to change your order once it is placed, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible. Please note that although we try our best to process all order changes before shipments are sent out, due to timeframe requirements and tight carrier shipment schedules, we may not be able to process your request. Significant address changes are not permitted. (However, slight corrections such as house number or missing Apartment/Suite number can be applied at our discretion). If the address is totally incorrect, we suggest that you submit an order cancellation request as soon as possible.

 


SHIPPING

We aim to ship most orders within 1 business day of placing the order. Please allow addtional time during peak holiday shipping/Covid-related delays. You will be notified if an order will not make it to you within the expected time frame.

We ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday are shipped out the next business day (Monday).

Orders placed after 2pm EST / EDT are shipped out the following business day, including Overnight, Second Day, and Expedited shipping.
